Frances has spent a lifetime creating graphic designs, illustrations, drawings, and paintings. Working full time as an artist, she enjoys experimenting with texture, geometry and colour in oil paintings. Her work includes nature, still life and figurative studies

After finishing her degree, she spent many years as a graphic designer and illustrator in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and America.

Frances is a painter specialising in oils, painting still life with 30 years’ experience and pieces exhibited at the RWA Bristol. With still life her aim is to capture that first moment that attracted her to the subject, light, vibrancy of colour, abstract shapes and movement.
