Nicola is a watercolour and coloured pencil artist based in Letchworth. She creates portraits of pets and wildlife animals. She started painting again in January 2023 after a 30-year break due to work, family commitments and then illness. Nicola has MS (diagnosed 10 years ago) and she is now medically retired. She started painting again for her mental health and to meet new people who are like minded and love art.

She has been developing her style over the last year and finding her feet. With the help of her daughter, she has set up a website, plus Instagram, facebook and Etsy pages. She is starting to get some followers and interest. She also sells at local markets where she loves meeting new people. Nicola has no formal training but is learning online.
