Paul Hillary is a semi abstract painter inspired by atmospheres of coast and landscape, working in acrylic and oil. He has a fascination for the play of light on waters, on the land and in the skies.

He draws on his travels and stays on Islands and coastlines around the British Isles, and his upbringing in the English Lake District.
