Currently paintings selected for display in ‘The Gibberd Art Gallery’ Harlow Essex. Previously ‘Artist in Residence’ at the Courtyard Arts Centre delivering workshops, and demonstrations for Adults and Children. Member of ‘The Philosophical Painters’ a group of Contemporary Artists regularly exhibiting together.
The paintings are in collections in Hertfordshire, Essex, London and across the country. Achieving a Masters Degree and Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Applied Art. The paintings aim to evoke a feeling, or to capture an impression of a sense of place, an atmosphere or an unexpected detail rather than a direct likeness energising the stillness and creating diffused light, the quiet moment, the in between, the simplicity the calmness the beauty of the transience of life.
